We swapped out the wines this past weekend! We're going to give Caymus a shot in the dispenser... please note we are using the 1L bottles in the dispenser, BUT if customers want to buy a bottle, we are selling them the regular 750mL bottles. Please remember to use the 1L bottles in the machine, not the 750mL bottles. THANK YOU!

New seasonal cocktails are now available. A new recipe card book is available. (There is a separate recipe book too of the old recipes in case someone asks for a past cocktail.) Also see the new section on this page that contains all recipe cards (scroll to the bottom), even for past drinks just in case customers ask for them.
We are now also offering MOCKTAILS! These recipe cards are in the books as well. Please familiarize yourself with these on your next shift.
Also, for our martinis - for those that have recipes - we are just using 3 oz. alcohol vs the whole "fill to the top" rule. This applies mostly to the cosmo & lemon drop.
Employees can choose 2 bottles from the closeout wines to have free, and then after that it is 50% off per bottle (employee discount not available on these).
Closeout wines are for take home only (employees and customers.)
Still need to update the online store, but you'll be able to find them at the link below eventually.
Please do not share this link.

Customers can purchase these (search for "$6 Drink Token" under Misc in Square), and when redeeming please note they are one time use only, and a value up to $6. Apply the discount "$6 off token".
Also, use these to hand out as good faith gestures to good customers, customers where we may have messed up their order or customers waiting a long time, etc.

Turn the timer on (1). Twist the red shut-off so it pops out (1).
Turn pilot (2) to the ON position and press and hold (2) while pressing the igniter (3). (If the igniter doesn't work, might have to use a lighter or other fire starter - we have some inside - to light it.) Keep holding the pilot (2) down until it's hot enough to hold the flame.
As noted at our last employee gathering, Ken is no longer working at The Wine Reserve. We hope to see him in as a customer still though!
We have also since welcomed Tara and John! I think most of you have had a chance to work with these two!

Instead of the ProFusion icon, please use this new app, MoodController, to control the music.

In the event you need to call the police to de-escalate a situation, instead of having to call 911, I put the number of the Dane Co. Dispatch near the phone so you can get a direct connection. They will dispatch the right authorities. Also added our address and phone number (far right.)
If you missed the last employee meeting, here's a quick recap:
If you happen to take some sweet pics of drinks, videos of making drinks, videos of special moments (we had an engagement there!) or anything we could feature on our social media, please send those to Carissa Clerkin, our social media manager, at carissa@contentbycarissa.com or text her at 608-698-6842.

Use the stemmed glasses, and fill all the way up to the top with ice. Give it a shake, and fill with more ice if it falls below the rim.

Fill sangria leaving two fingers worth of space at the top of the glass

Recipe cards are available - make sure you follow the right one, because there is one for the small pitcher, and one for a 1-gallon pitcher/container. We're not adding the cut fruit in the sangria anymore - just the juice (the rinds make it bitter over time.)

We are no longer going to offer the carafes of sangria. Sangria by the glass only!

Apparently the spouts on the glass dispensers kept clogging up so we are going back to the pitchers for serving.

Instead of locking up as loops, if you connect two cables on each side, you don't have to stack chairs and try to make everything fit.

Sorry, I know locking up the outdoor furniture is tedious but we're trying to figure out a way to make it easy for those of you that open and close. If you have other ideas please let us know.

We've labeled the cables so you should now easily be able to identify which ones are used for the back patio and which ones are used for the front sidewalk. There are 4 cables for the back patio.

There are 2 cables for the front patio.

When locking up the front sets, please make sure the cables are not in the way of the sidewalk where people are walking (just keep them tucked by the table and chairs.)

Make sure laptop is on and you are logged into the Eno Soft client
